Sample Order
1. Form Submission:
Complete the form provided by our sales team via email for your sample order.
2. Proforma Invoice (PI) & Payment:
Upon approval, we will send you a Sample PI for your consideration. Once accepted, payment will be required.
3. Sample Processing:
Processing time for Fashion Jewelry is 10-14 days, Silver & Gold Plated Jewelry 2-6 weeks. Garment 2-8 weeks.
4. Delivery:
Via courier or shipping agent, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 5-7 days.

Bulk Order
1. Form Submission:
Complete the provided form to initiate your bulk order.
2. Proforma Invoice (PI) & Payment:
An invoice will be issued, requiring a 50% payment before production and the remaining 50% prior to shipment.
3. Bulk Production:
We bulk produce your order followed by strict quality control and packaging.
4. Delivery:
Air Shipment: Anticipate delivery within 5-7 days.
Sea Shipment: Expect a longer delivery time of 6-8 weeks.

Custom Design
Sample Order
1. Brand/Design Brief:
Submit your design, photo reference, or mood board along with detailed requirements.
2. Price Offer:
We will promptly send you a price offer for your consideration before commencing the order.
3. Proforma Invoice (PI) & Payment:
Once approved, we will share a Sample PI to be reviewed and 100% payment from the invoice is required.
4. Drafting & Sampling:
We will send you the draft design as per request, and make the samples once approved.
5. Delivery:
Via courier or shipping agent, with an estimated delivery time of approximately 5-7 days.
